Service Delivery Terms - Upon your credit card approval, The Next Phase (TNP) MedIntelliBase® (MIB) Captial Source Directories subscription you ordered is immediately available for your use on the website http://www.healthcare-alerts.com. You must ener the user name and password you provided when subscribing to access your subscription. If you indicate that you require special assistance Contact Us for a service agent's help.

Online Payments - By Credit Card or your PayPal account only. TNP will charge your credit card at the date/time of your order placement. Please provide your direct phone number. In the case that your credit card contact information does not match your credit card number or your card charge does not process properly we will call you within 24-48 hours to verify all information so as to not delay your access to the service you ordered. For ongoing monthly or quarterly subscriptions, TNP will automatically bill your credit card or PayPal account on the anniversary date from your initial purchase date:

one month anniverary date (for subscriptions paid monthly) or
one quarter anniverary date (for subscriptions paid quarterly).

Order Replacements and Returns - If for any reason you are not happy with your MIB Captial Source Directories subscription, just Contact Us within 15 calendar days of purchase and we will gladly refund your initial payment at no cost to you. No refund or replacement order requests can be honored 16 calendar days or more after purchase. To get help optimizing the type and term of your subscription or with adding additional subscriptions, we would be pleased to help you place your order online or by phone through one of our team members.

Order Cancellations - If for any reason you need to cancel your MIB Captial Source Directories subscription, Contact Us by email or phone within 48 hours of purchase and we will gladly cancel your order at no cost to you. Please allow 48 hour for processing your request.
